Short Breaks for Disabled Children

The Aiming High Team provides opportunities for disabled children and young people (up to the age of 18) living in the Borough of Swindon to enjoy a range of short break services. This offers them an essential opportunity to experience different places, people and activities. It also supports parents and carers by allowing them to have a break from their caring responsibilities.
