We operate a full assessment service from our centres at Paulton, Swindon, and Bristol. If you have any difficulty getting to one of these centres, call us today and we can visit you at home, by appointment to help you choose the correct product for your needs.
If you choose us to provide the product that you require, we will provide a full after sales service.
We don’t expect everyone to buy from us but please be aware of the pitfalls of buying a product at a very low price without a proper assessment.
Incorrectly sized or applied products can cause additional medical problems and it is important that you are seen by an experienced person so that when you finally buy the product, it will be correctly sized and applied for your use.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Sales Contracts negotiated in customer's homes or place of work. Any sales contract agreed and signed by the customer in his own premises will have a 7 day cancellation clause.
Cancellation of the order will be accepted within 7 days from the date that the contract is signed but any cancellation must be mode in writing. At the time of signing the contract you will have been given a statement "Notice of Right
to Cancel," and for your convenience, form A "Notice of Cancellation". If you wish to cancel you should complete form A and return it within the 7 day period. Telephoned cancellations will not be accepted.
Any-cancellation and/or request for refund after the 7 day period may be accepted but will be subject to on administrative charge if the goods have not been delivered or a re-stocking charge if the goods have been delivered.
Goods returned must be packed in their original wrapping and must be totally unused and free from damage.
For products that Care Plus Mobility need to purchase on the customers behalf (non - stock products or products with special colours or finishes), a deposit will be required before the order is placed. Any subsequent cancellation
of that order, within or outside of the 7 day period, other than because of delayed delivery, may be accepted, but the deposit may be used in full or in port to offset any charges or costs which Care Plus Mobility incur. In some
cases, the deposit may not cover the total costs incurred, in which case Care Plus Mobility shall have the right to pursue the balance of the costs from the customer.
In some cases, for orders cancelled outside of the 7 day period, or for goods returned, it may not be possible for Care Plus Mobility to accept those goods, in which case the customer shall have no claim for any refund whatsoever.
Care Plus Mobility's decision on this will be based on the likelihood of it being able to resell the product at a later date, and it's decision will be final.

Any sales contract agreed and signed whilst the customer is voluntarily on Care Plus Mobility premises becomes a binding contract.
For products that Care Plus Mobility need to purchase on the customers behalf (non - stock products or products with special colours or finishes), a deposit will be required before the order is placed by Care Plus Mobility with its
supplier. A subsequent cancellation of that order, other than because of delayed delivery, may be accepted but the pre-paid deposit will be used to offset any charges or costs incurred by Care Plus Mobility.
For products that ore available from showroom stock, the contract is completed once payment has been made and the products taken or delivered. Once the contract is completed, cancellation will not be accepted. Should the
product be found to be unsuitable technically, the customer may ask for a refund and this may be granted subject to a restocking charge. If the customer decides that they no longer require the product for any other reason, Care Plus Mobility are not obliged to offer any refund, although a refund may be granted, or a credit voucher offered, but solely at the discretion of Care Plus Mobility.
In all cases, Care Plus Mobility retain title to the products until payment in full has been received.
