About Us
Revitalise (formerly known as Vitalise) is the largest provider of respite holidays with 24 hour on-call nursing care for disabled people and carers, as well as offering dedicated breaks for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
What we do
Nurse-led care with real holiday experiences, welcoming disabled people, carers and volunteers.

Eligibility/Suitability
We specialise in providing holidays for people with physical disabilities and their carers, as well as people with Alzheimer's and dementia. We do not provide constant one-to-one nursing care as standard, but if you have more complex needs and require additional care, you may still be able to stay at a Revitalise centre. Please call us to discuss further.
