Voyage Care provide specialist care and support to people at home and in the wider community, whether they live in their own home or with family.
We have experience of supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, autism, mental health needs, brain injuries and other needs in a range of settings.

We support each person to do the things that are important to them and achieve their own goals. These may include taking part in activities, going to college or work and going on day trips or holidays. We can also support individuals to access benefits and create a budget. We work with a number of local landlords who we can put individuals in touch with if they are looking for somewhere to live.
